Join us for an informative evening with author & local historian, Gayna Wallis, as she shares her in-depth knowledge on the fascinating history of Carnaby Airfield and its link to the Dambusters. Discover the story behind the memorial… and learn all about the ghosts of the Airfield!
Gayna was instrumental in the Carnaby Airfield Memorial committee which managed to raise funds for a stunning memorial in the village marking this important aspect of local and wartime history. She has also researched and published three books on the subject of RAF Carnaby - all of which are on sale in our shop - and will be happy to sign any you bring along from home or buy on the night.
All tickets include a Pie & Pea Supper with a choice of Steak & Ale, Chicken & Mushroom or Cheese & Onion to be selected during ticket purchase.
Doors open at 6:30pm (food to be served shortly afterwards). Talk commences at 7:30pm
